  Easy to find and located close to mall. We had a suite that was nice and roomy to stay in. Inside of hotel was beautiful and we really liked the glass elevators. Free drinks and snacks for happy hour was a nice touch. The breakfast to order was one of the better ones we have ever had. The only negatives were they ran out of towels for pool and our toilet paper was not fully supplied and we had to ask for more. Overall experience was good I would stay again.

  Terrible experience, mostly because of the staffs lack of care!! I booked a room for 6 people under my name and called the day before to ensure the other guest could check in if I supplied her with my credit card used for booking. Of course there was a problem and it was the same person I talked to the day before, Tyler. He proceeded to say "I know what I said yesterday, but" in which i had to get management involved. After I arrived Friday night I asked for extra towels because they only provided 2 for 6 people. Never got them Friday night. I asked 4 more times through the next day to no avail. I finally got a staff member to bring 4 more at 9pm on Saturday night. After checkout the next day at noon I arrived home an hour later and realized I forgot a pillow I've had for over 20 years from my childhood. I called immediately and was told they would look and call me back. They never called back so I called back 5 hours later and they looked to no avail, which leaves me with the conclusion they threw it away. If I could give zero stars I would. Complete disaster to a vacation we badly needed with the issues we've been going through since the kids dads heart attack!!
