  Daniel T. Kim, I had a similar encounter with a staff person at this location last winter. An employee saw me taping my used box for shipment and came to me. She said it was too damaged to send. I said Hell no! I went to the FedEx shipping center 2 blocks down Wilkening Rd 5 minutes later and shipped it without any issues. I then wrote the President of FedEx Office and complained about that employee. His staff apologized for my treatment and said they will correct the problem. Apparently they did not. Re FedEx Office, this was formerly Kinkos until FedEx purchased them in 2003 and renamed it FedEx Office.
