  After reading the mixed reviews on Yelp, I decided to give this place a try for Underarm waxing. I guess I chose the wrong service for my first time experience. The girl who did the waxing did not care to wipe off some moisture I had under my arms and began applying the hot wax. After she applied it once and mentioned that she was having difficulty pulling the hair off, I suggested the use of powder to soak up the moisture. To this, the girl responded with, "Don't worry, I will manage". She ended up having to thread a few hair and I left with sensitive/red skin which was painful for the next 3 days. I do get my under arms waxed regularly and have had smooth and painless experiences. The girl was also in a hurry and didn't want to take a moment to double check her work. I guess this is how they move swiftly from one customer to the next.
