  We recently purchased a mattress from Jim Piccardi and just wanted to say it was a pleasure working with him. We told him what we were looking for in a mattress and he showed us exactly that. He listened to us and didn't try to steer us in any other direction or purchase something out of our budget. He truly cared about us as customers. By the time we left the store we felt like we were friends. We received our mattress and its great.!! Thank you Jim!
