  Where do I begin, this is the absolute WORST bank branch I have ever been to. First of all the drive thru takes forever. No one is ever in the drive thru you have to sit there and ring the buzzer for ten minutes then someone finally shows up and I asked for a deposit slip and they walk away for another ten minutes!! This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through the drive thru. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes ( not exaggerating ) their excuse is the same every time "oh we are so busy" I was so mad I drove around and parked and went inside and it's EMPTY!!! The employees at this branch absolutely do not care about customer service one bit I hope to God upper management sees this or a regional manager and does something about this. The drive thru needs to change ASAP and so does the customer service this is the worst bank in the Schaumburg/Hoffman area.
