  Before you do any business with this company, please check their Better Business Bureau Profile, it is horrendous. Their representative, Sydney Shymrus, lacks tremendous professionalism. The only people who seem to be in charge here are the financial aid director and her assistant whose name is mentioned above. They provide you with a cell phone number at which you can text regarding any inquiries. However, the person in charge of handling the responses to these texts, Sydney, is not as reliable as you'd like from someone who is a representative of the institution. This person cannot be bothered to respond back to your queries or update you regarding your concerns through text or through phone call.
  
  Although Sydney greatly seems to miss the mark on customer service etiquette, you can rely on the CSA Academy's financial aid director to respond to you in a timely fashion and resolve your matters. She is a very approachable individual and is very enthusiastic about helping prospective and current students as best she can.
  
  In retrospect however, you do not want to deal with businesses where there are employs like Sydney Shymrus who make it evident that customer service is not primary on their agenda. Prepare to have your time wasted in useless trips being made to their location for minor inquiries simply due to lack of communication.
