  Customer service is second to none. They treat their customers extremely well and they are always super nice. Very well organized and clean store, with great inventory. I have been going there for many, many years and will always continue to go there.

  This place sucks! Don’t order online, it takes forever. If you email to check the status they will not respond. I just called to check the status, they put me on hold. They forgot to hit mute because I can hear the guy just chit chatting with someone for 5 minutes before I finally hung up. You lost a customer! I’m sure there are more to follow!
  
  UPDATE: Finally got an email back, they just canceled my order. Even thought that’s not what I asked for! All I wanted to know was the status of the order. Thanks for wasting a week of my time!
