  Location is good. Room itself is decent and convenient. I stayed there a week, every night people ( I suspect night staff)standing right outside talking all night. I could hear everything with window closed , air-conditioning was on.
  I had to call front desk 3 nights in a row at midnight or 3 in the morning.
  One afternoon, there were 3 guys doing bbq with portable charcoal grill right in front of entrance. I had to navigate through smoke and guy's stare to go in and out. It was not pleasant.
