  I have brought my car here for a number of years, for things other than those I only trust to the dealer. They have always done a good job and I have never experienced the issues mentioned in some of the other reviews. I've used them for new tires (of course), oil and filter changes, and other work needed.
  
  The only issue I've had with them, which they resolved, was after I had to replace two tires last year. When the car was returned they did not return the donut (spare) to its place. I drove around with it in my trunk, which I don't often use, for several months.
  
  Early this month (2/2018) an engine cover of some sort dropped below the car and was dragging on the street. I work within a mile of this Firestone and dropped it off on my way to work. At the same time, my front tires were basically bald so I asked them to replace them if needed. At the time, and I was not aware, there was a coupon for $100 off if you exceeded $500 in repairs. The total came to just over $500 so they applied the coupon even though I didn't know about it. I walked to my office and the car was ready long before I left for the day. As noted above, they also put the donut away.
  
  While I think there are things I would not trust them to do, this Firestone has always done good work and charged fairly. I'm not sure what else one would ask for auto repair.
