Was on the phone with my boyfriend while he was in line waiting for the SNES. After he waited for an hour he was told he could not purchase the console because he was being considered as part of a group as he was in line speaking with two other Hispanic guys he worked with. Although they were all their independently, where paying separately and not related other then they work for the same company he was denied purchasing a console. If this is not a racially motivated incident I'm not sure what is. I guess since we are all Hispanics we all must be related. Could he tell them apart other than by their color. I will be more respectful than he was and not mention his name but this was disgusting and we will be sure we tell everyone we know about the experience so they don't frequent this company. Game stop took what was a fun reminder of our childhood and made is a reminder of what it's like to be a minority in America. Thank you for a great day Gamestop.

The employees there r so nice they put preorder i had that i couldn’t afford to go pick then up due the termination of the job but ian is awesome he was the one who helped me out ian Deservís a raise for being nice and courteous to all customers and there was another manager who i cant remember his name always nice and is welcoming and he was plays a care game we both like so kudos to the great customer service
