If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have gone here since basically they opened. It use to be first come first serve and you could just walk in. No its basically appointment only. A few months back we walked out on them and found a new place that we loved but sadly closed. So Saturday we tried to go back, there was people with appointments and we said we didn't have one if there was a problem we would leave she first told us 5 mins then another 10. We waited 45 minutes in the waiting area and appointment people came in. She looked at us and said you come back and we said no this is the second time you did this and I got up with my mom and as we were about to walk out she said okay okay come to the back. She put us in the detox water and put the machine on...but after 45 mins and people around us getting service and then realizing our machine was never turned on we got dressed and walked out. I understand appointments come first but then just say so that you don't have time for us instead of wasting 2 hours of our time. We will never come back and never recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!

Great massage and experience. DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON, they offer the same price there. Groupon takes money away from the small business owner. Overall though we are going back this week and can't wait for it
