  I have shopped there for YEARS! I started out as a fan back in the DFW area. When they opened one here, I was so excited. It has gone down hill and is a total disaster. The staff is a JOKE!!!!! I asked for the manager who pretty much told me I was an idiot and walked away while I was still talking to him. 9/16/2017 around noon. His name was Ken or Tim or something. I had to sit in my car a calm down before I could drive. I've never been so mad. I will NEVER EVER shop here again. I invite anyone from corporate to reach out to me. TOTAL CRASH AND BURN!!!! This place needs to get ready to close their doors here. If this type of service persist, you won't be here long.

  I was going to hold off when writing this review but I've reached my limit with the staff at this store. The staff is not only terrible but incompetent. If they keep this up--they will not be in business much longer. The lines are always long and the cashiers are just dumb. This is the last time I shop at this store. The prices are not far off from the other competing stores in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!
