  I wish I could give them 5 stars. But besides breakfast, our stay was pretty terrible. When we arrived we go to head to our room, one of the 2 elevators are out of service, we get to our room where we find the room already occupied by individuals smoking pot, not exactly the sight or smell I wanted my small children exposed to. We drag our luggage and children back down to the front desk. Where we do get an apology and a new room. We get to our new room where it is blasting hot, 95 degrees!!! We call down, a guy comes up and tells us to prop the door open and wait it out. I wouldn't mind waiting the hr it took to air out the small room so much if it wasn't 7:30 pm and my kids, husband, and I have been on our feet all day down town Chicago. We finally settled in only to find the refrigerator is broken.....AND the toilet is clogged!
  Staff was nice but did nothing to compensate us.

  The outside of the building is unattractive and looks as though the it closed for construction. But the inside is beautiful! The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay again
