  I took my ring to get sized. I explained that I had been wearing sizers as just after the proposal, we went on vacation. The lady argued with me over needing it sized, told me it would be sized appropriately and said 10 days. Then proceeded to give me a promise date 2 weeks out. I had to call corporate to find out that my ring had been returned to the store as they didn't call me. When I went to pick it up, the lady took my paperwork and handed me my ring with no follow up to see if the ring had a better fit or if I was satisfied. I will never go to this location again.

  Don't buy jewelry from here!!! My $1,000 necklace has broke multiple times! Thank god i got insurance on it but everytime i took it in they keep it forever & never call me to pick it up. I literally have to march in the store and be like is my necklace done or whats going on. Ridiculous. Last time i took it in they tried giving me a smaller pendant!!!!!
