  Overall, ok. Front desk was wonderful! Informative, nice, etc.
  
  First frustration came when they called me about 2 hrs before my appointment for both me and my boyfriend saying that the therapist wasn't coming in today so they had to cancel. We were able to move our appt to later in the day, for less time and they did discount the rate. That being said, we both requested firm/deep massages and my therapist was anything but that. He was running late in general, didn't use lotion/oil for the first 15-20 minutes of the massage and ended on the hour even though we started late.
  
  I'll probably go back and request someone else, but if it's still not up to par I will be looking elsewhere.
