  The worst copying service in the state of IL. No accountability between the Schaumberg office and the staff working for MMRA at the hospitals. If they screw up on a records request its your problem and you have to pay the cost. "Sorry I have no control over them [hospital MMRA staff]" - direct quote from Virginia at the Schauberg Office after they failed to complete a over night delivery for records by FedEx. Now that the records need to be shipped in an even shorter amount of time, I was told that MMRA will not help out with the additional cost of shortening the delivery time to the next morning. Thats my problem that they made they didn't do their job apparently. THANKS MMRA!!!!!!!!! The worst copying service in the state of IL.
