  I'll never do business with Park Lane Jewelry again. I planned to wear the jewelry I ordered for my wedding, but they never came. The consultant never got me my order or contacted me. I called and emailed her for a few months, but nothing. It was like she took my money and ran. Corporate couldn't find her or any consultant in my state. In the end I wanted my money back. I was told it was take my jewelry or nothing, as it had taken too long to resolve. It took months to get my order from corporate, after everything. I was also told the jewelry had a lifetime warranty. But I wasn't told as the consumer, I foot the bill to get it to them and back to me; that is if they bother to fix it all. EDIT: To top everything off, I had a consultant bash me and tell me that this was not Park Lane Jewelry's problem. I wasn't saying it was. I was just telling my experience to let others know more about this company.
