  An interesting mix of workers and attitudes. I've been there twice to make purchases and spoken with them once on the phone. If you are lucky to work with Shawn, John (mechanic), or the other highly positive, competent fellow I met (maybe Robert?), you'll have a great experience. If you end up working with Gary or some of the other staff (no name tag), they seem to be rather moody and pessimistic. My advice is to stand back for a few minutes and observe before choosing a staff member to assist you.

  I'm riding in cancer charity cross-country ride this year and I mentioned this to the store manager, Jeremy. They've assembled my bike and Jeremy spent hours of his time tuning & fitting both the race bike and my training bike. Jeremy refused taking my money and included $70 pedals for free. Thanks, Jeremy. I was stunned. Saved money will benefit cancer patients
