  Purchased a pair of shoes as a gift for a family member in Argentina. I didn't bother trying them on because I knew 8.5 would fit my sister. The sales rep. Pretended to check the shoes size In the box and I trusted that were the same size. Once I shipped them to Argentina my sister notified me that they were two different sizes. So she had to ship them back to me. When I informed the supposed store manager, Christina , she verified they had the other 8 1/2 on hand and she would set it a side. She said she was sorry, but I expected a little more than just an apology. Maybe a discount, maybe we will get it right for you and send them back to Argentina? She really did not care about any of the issues I had to go through, she didn't even care to get the cashier number so she can let that paticular employee know they need to be more thorough with checking the sizes. At this point I may just return the different size shoes and get my money back. What a hassle! Poor service poor management. Oh well.
