  Be Aware of this community they are nice as long as you are the resident. All trick starts when you move out. I moved out on 17th Jan 2018 they did a inspection and charged me for the Stove Top replacement I paid all the money including the lease breakage of 2 months. After 8 days they called me asked me to pay another $2000 as they need to replace the counter tops which i was not aware of at all and this issue was not identified during 1st inspection. Now none of the people from the management ready to listen anything they are saying you have to pay the money otherwise this will go for collection. I suggest everyone planning to move here think twice.
