  I dealt with several people there and interacted with many of the staff. All of them are polite and great people. Fred took the time to show my wife and myself all the Tech and features of the odyssey. He was also attentive to my 3yr old daughter. Once we selected the vehicle, the sales manager Mark Croft was there to help and facilitate everything with the purchase of our new car. He has a great laugh too. My daughter was happy, and so active knowing that mark made time for her too. After that we went to Finance and spoke with Matt. He took care of all the paperwork, as well as making sure everything was clear and understood, taking care of us in the best way possible. Once everything was done we even received a visit from the general manager Gene. He made sure to come out of his way to congratulate us on the new vehicle, and thank us. He wanted to make sure that we knew he was there for us if we needed anything. You can’t ask for a better dealer than Schaumburg Honda. So when you’re looking for a new Honda go here.

  They were very attentive to my wants in a vehicle and gave me a fair deal. The only drawback was I had to drive back to get my second key the next day. I would’ve rated them higher otherwise. Love my new vehicle!!!
