  Scheduled a move for 4/30 in mid march. On 4/20 confirmed move and appointment time for 1 pm. We received email back stating everything was good to go. On 4/30 we received a phone call during our home closing at 11 am from a rep from spark moving stating the truck for our move had broken down and they could no longer move us. I asked them how is it that they are not willing o figure something out on their end since we had to leave the storage unit by 5pm on 4/30. She said that there is nothing they can do. We received phone call about a hour later stating they will come at 3pm.(already scrambling back and forth from storage to house to move things) we stated that was fine for them to come at 3 instead of not at all especially javing big furniture that needed to be moved. We called at 2:45 to confirm guys were on the way to only be told no we will come at 6., at this point we said forget it and had to rent a uhaul to move the things ourselves which was very difficult with a 12 and 14 year old kid and no other assistance...worst company ever. Would not recommend this company to any
