  As far as a location, it's awesome. As far as cleanliness it's great. As far as management and the leadership of the store--it lacks significantly. The barista's work hard, but it's clear that the work environment is lacking because the staff looks worn out and over worked with seemingly little encouragement or vision to succeed.
