  If I could give 0 stars then that would sum up my terrible experience with them. Awful customer service and products are in terrible shape. My mom ordered sunglasses from there for my birthday from online. When it arrived it was too big so I went in to have it fitted. The girl didn't want to size them and told me that if she breaks it then I just loose my $320 that was paid. She wouldn't allow me to return it for a gift card even though I had the original receipt and told me the only option I had was to get another glasses that was the same price. I got one that was more expensive and paid the difference. I didn't get to see the one she boxed so when I got home and was trying them on again I saw the sides had large dents. I took them to a different Macys and returned them with no hassle. Terrible employees at that Macys. Will not go back to them ever again. I will take the 30 minute drive to oakbrook any day for better customer service.
