  I had a very positive experience with my sales person, Sabina. My sister and I saw a couch we liked, but Bob's was the first place we started looking. Sabina took the time to go over all of the features, and wasn't too pushy. She let us take our time to look around and said she would check back with us. Even though we weren't buying the couch that day, she gave us an idea of what the total cost would be and wrote it all down for us. We checked a few places, but decided we really wanted that couch from Bob's. When we went back to buy it, she was very appreciative that we asked for her to complete the sale.
  
  Even the manager shook my hand and thanked me for my business. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by both people.
