  Friendly coaches and staff, engaging, having clients clean the equipment after each use. Helpful. Challenging and they push us to our limits to give us the bet one hour work out. They make me feel uncomfortably, comfortable during my work out. Truly great experience here at this location

  Just be careful if you want to stop your membership they continue to charge you even when you follow all of their procedures to stop. After many months of not charging my account they charged my account today without authorization. They must feel they can decide where I spend my hard earned money. BEWARE!!
